Our Policies
Beautiful custom work starts with clear expectations. Here are a few essentials before we create together.

Book & Secure
Your $50 booking fee is nonrefundable and credited to your final project price. Appointments are confirmed only once checkout is completed.

Finalize & Begin
After agreeing on your design and total cost, 50% of the order is due to reserve materials and production time. The rest is due before pickup or shipping.
03
Handmade Takes Care
Timelines depend on design and materials. Rush orders, when accepted, have an additional $100 fee. Major changes after approval may cost more.
